We always do our best to represent our product colors as accurately as possible.However, actual colors may vary slightly, typically around 3–5%, depending on:

Partial Custom allows us to make simple adjustments to an existing size rather than creating a completely custom pattern.

Made-to-Order — Vietnam

  • Standard Sizes (S–2XL): approximately 5–8 business days for production
  • Plus Sizes (3XL and above): approximately 1–2 weeks for production

Wedding Áo Dài

Approximately 1–2 weeks for production after all measurements and customization details have been fully confirmed.

Shipping from Vietnam

  • Vietnam → United States: approximately 7–12 business days
  • Vietnam → Rest of the World: approximately 10–15 business days

Total Delivery Time = Processing / Production Time + Shipping Time

Standard Shipping is our regular shipping service and is suitable for most orders.

For U.S.-stock items, standard delivery typically takes approximately 4–6 business days.

Express Shipping is available for selected orders and may reduce transit time to approximately 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that Express Shipping only shortens the shipping transit time unless Rush Production has also been separately confirmed.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

U.S. Stock Size Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are available only for eligible items stocked and shipped from our U.S. inventory. Exchanges must be for another size of the same design, subject to availability.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging.

Customers are responsible for applicable return and reshipping costs, unless the exchange is due to an error by TracyPickCo.

Items shipped from Vietnam, including Made-to-Order, Pre-Order, Partial Custom, Custom, and Made-to-Measure products, are not eligible for size exchange.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production begins (fabric is cut and materials are sourced), so cancellations are subject to a material fee.

Exchanges are available for a different size of the same design only.

We do not accept exchanges for another design, style, or color.

If you would like a different design, please place a new order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • You received the wrong size compared with your confirmed order
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect
  • The product was damaged during shipping

Please provide your:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Once we review and confirm the issue, TracyPickCo will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Remake
  • Full or partial refund
